George Bush, Rapist in Chief...

It's true George W. Bush is secretly training our armed forces to be murdering rapists and he's doing it under the White House of all places. I'm kidding about that last part, but I mean everyone knows the president is personally responsible for what every man and woman in uniform does (really every Federal employee too). So I lay the blame for every unsavory incident that ever occurs under his watch squarely at his feet. I mean if we hadn't invaded Iraq then Saddam would be the one having people raped and murdered. That I can live with, at least he had special rooms for it.
